Omega Nannies was founded by Danica and Megan after recognising a need for trusted, inclusive
childcare in South Africa.
With years of experience in education, special needs support, and hands-on childcare both
locally and internationally, we share a passion for helping children thrive. Danica is an
educator and school principal in the Garden Route, with further specialised training in
supporting children with additional needs. Megan has worked with children across South Africa
and abroad and brings both professional experience and a personal understanding of
neurodiversity through her family’s journey.
Together, we created Omega Nannies to provide more than just childcare. We carefully connect
families with compassionate, experienced, and trusted caregivers who understand that every child
is unique.
